lovely restaurant with very friendly and attentive staff. you can tell the food has been prepared but it was still very yum. i recommend the lamb hot pot!
We ordered one of the most expensive things but it is for 2! And it did fill us! If you are with someone definitely order the Tomahawk steak! My god it was beautiful! The tender center with the burnt ends (my partner said he hasn’t had ones this good since being in America!) I would also like to add on the sauces were beautiful and the onion rings are to die for we loved it here so much!
Stopped her for a meal when staying at bowness marina and thoroughly enjoyed it . The staff were so friendly and the food was fantastic. I had the steak with the chimichuri sauce, which was delicious and cooked just right and my husband had the hotpot .Would definitely eat here again
Amazing food and cocktails! We had the 1kg Tomahawk to share and it was huge, we struggled to finish it. Pictures don't do it justice. Our server Oana was very friendly and helpful.
I had an impromptu Sunday night meal with my daughter. We were accomodated straightaway, we could choose our table which is always appreciated. RUBY and HENRY upstairs served us impeccably and accomodated with ease my special request about my meal. Food arrived in under 10 minutes, my steak was great, and the ribs perfect. My daughter's pasta carbonara was really good, and a huge portion too. Price wise, it was a very pleasant surprise in the eye watering prices around Windermere. Also, the music was great, I felt great overall. I highly recommmend a stop here, and a big thank you to Ruby and Henry for their great service!

What a delightful find along the shoreline of Windermere Lake. The food, service and atmosphere made me return three consecutive nights during my stay. Love the play list as well. Judging from the number of locals at their tables it makes everyone feel at home
Visited Hyltons tonight after a very long day hiking so need good food to end the day and was definitely not disappointed. Was greeted by Henry as we arrived who was very friendly and helpful getting us a table straight away even though we hadn’t booked and looked after us throughout our visit. We both had the ribs and a side of onion rings and the potion sizes where amazing and the food was probably the best ribs we have ever had so will definitely be coming back on our next visit to the lakes and highly recommend this place 5*
